Luxury tour operator Elegant Resorts has announced a record-breaking first quarter, marking the most successful Q1 for trade sales in the company’s history.
Pioneer luxury tour operator, Elegant Resorts, has announced that their Q1 business through their travel agent partners has been the best in their history.
They saw an increase of nearly 45% vs the prior year from 01st January to 31st March, their biggest booking being £253k to Dubai in 2027, over 10% of their bookings with the trade were over £100k and new agents making bookings having a significant impact on performance.
Katie Daniels, National Account Manager, who joined over 2 years ago, said ‘We have seen a surge of big bookings this quarter, which has contributed to it being our best ever. We appreciate that it has been a testing time for our industry recently, but what this proves is that our agents are trusting us with their very best luxury clients more than ever. With the issues in the Middle East, we have seen a natural increase in bookings to Europe and the Caribbean, but our tailormade team have also seen a surge in luxury bookings to Japan, Australia and African safari itineraries too.’

These sessions are designed to further strengthen ties with existing partners while introducing the brand’s award-winning service to a new generation of luxury travel agents.
