This year’s seasonal menu from Birley Chocolate features charming Easter bunnies, its signature chocolate eggs filled with creamy fleur‐de‐sel caramel and toasted Piedmont hazelnuts, alongside a bucolic Easter scene with a dark chocolate mother hen and her chicks, set on a milk chocolate slab with roasted, salted corn kernels.
The menu also includes a 1.9kg showpiece egg crafted in milk, dark and white chocolate, decorated with chocolate ladybirds and cabbage leaves.
Additionally, the Birley Bakery menu includes classic hot cross buns, softly spiced and studded with dried fruits, hot cross bun-inspired cookie presented in a musical tin and a traditional Easter colomba scented with vanilla and bright citrus.
