
Rosewood Hotel Group and Rosewood Foundation are proud to announce the launch of Rise to the Table, a groundbreaking global program designed to advance women in food and beverage leadership.
Despite their talent, women hold fewer than 7% of top culinary leadership roles worldwide. Rise to the Table will directly address this gap by:
- Bringing together 10 women from around the globe for a fully sponsored, weeklong residency at Rosewood Hong Kong in March 2026.
- Offering immersive workshops in leadership, financial literacy, and sustainability, paired with experiential learning across Hong Kong’s vibrant culinary scene.
- Providing a year-long mentorship with senior Rosewood leaders to ensure ongoing support and career momentum.
