The tantalising offering is available until 22nd February and will invite guests to embark on a festive culinary journey. 2026 marks the year of the fire horse, which embodies enthusiasm and speed. House of Ming has created an exquisite menu of showstopping creations inspired by these elements.

The special limited-edition offering features a selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. One of the Chef’s favourites is the Stir-Fried Vegetables in Black Bean Sauce. A vibrant medley of tender-steamed broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, snow peas, and pak choi, expertly tossed in a fragrant chilli and black bean sauce. Rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying, this dish delivers bold, authentic flavour with effortless elegance.

For seafood lovers the Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab and Three Treasure Seafood in XO Sauce is unmissable. Those seeking exceptional flavour can also indulge in the Impeccably prepared Pan Fried Rack of Lamb in Honey Black Pepper Sauce and Braised pork belly cooked with soya sauce.
